After years of holding commercial positions, Lieselot Dumoulin, a driven, sporty woman and mother of two, decides to step into the spotlight herself. Today she is launching her own brand of alcohol-free, organic ginger concentrate: ‘gingerclub’. Lieselot had long been looking for a healthy alternative to the many alcoholic, sugary, and caffeine-rich drinks already on the market. Her goal? To create an honest, local, flavorful and above all healthy drink without the need for juicers and other kitchen appliances.

After a year of testing and tasting, Lieselot creates ‘gingerclub classic’. The organic ginger concentrate is made with Peruvian ginger and contains no less than 25% less sugar than standard ginger drinks. A 700ml bottle of gingerclub contains 17.5 fewer sugar cubes.

But the gingerclub story does not end there. Lieselot also experiments a lot with cranberry juice at home and often combines the juice with freshly squeezed Peruvian ginger, a variety that is much fuller and richer in flavor. Her surroundings react so enthusiastically to this combination that it promptly leads to a variant on the spicy ‘gingerclub classic’: the ‘gingerclub cranberry’.

Lieselot continues to seek the most sustainable, local and healthy solutions with her partners and is ready to conquer hearts with gingerclub.
